
Our wedding process…

Step 1 - Initial Consultation
The process begins with an initial consultation via video call.
During the consultation, we will discuss your vision, theme, colour scheme, and any specific floral preferences you have for your wedding/event. We will also talk about your budget and the types of arrangements needed.

Step 2 - Quotation
After gathering all the information during the consultation, we will create a bespoke itemised proposal and quotation. This document will outline the suggested floral arrangements, quantities, flower varieties, and overall costs.
You will then review the proposal and can request adjustments or modifications as needed.

Step 3 - Confirmation
If you are satisfied with the quotation that we have provided then we will issue an invoice for a £250 deposit to confirm the booking, once this has been paid the booking is confirmed.

Step 4 - Venue Visit
Depending on the complexity of the arrangements and the venue, we may suggest or conduct a site visit to the wedding/event location. This allows us to better understand the space, its dimensions, and any specific requirements for the floral décor.

Step 5 - Flower Selection
With the booking confirmed, we will start the process of sourcing and ordering the selected flowers and materials. We will ensure that the chosen blooms are fresh, in good condition, and aligned with your preferences.

Step 6 - Design and Creation
As the wedding/event date approaches, we will start designing and creating the various floral arrangements. This process involves skilfully arranging the flowers into bouquets, centrepieces, buttonholes, corsages, and any other requested pieces.

Step 7 - Delivery and Setup
On the wedding/event day, we will be responsible for delivering the floral arrangements to the venue at the agreed-upon time.
We will then carefully set up the flowers, making sure each arrangement is displayed beautifully and matches your vision.

Step 8 - Post Event Clean-up
Depending on the contract and the arrangements made, we may be responsible for post-event clean-up. This includes removing all floral décor and disposing of any leftover materials. We charge an additional fee for this which will be outlined in your quotation if this service is required.

Step 9 - Follow-up
After the wedding day/event, we may follow up with you to ensure you were satisfied with the floral arrangements and service provided. We may also request feedback to improve our services for future clients.
